Admission Process

We understand that deciding to pursue higher education isn’t easy, that’s why we make every effort to ensure that your admission process is as stress-free as possible. After submitting your application, we shall assign to you one of our friendly counselors whom shall guide you throughout our application process from start to finish.

  • Certified copy of your transcripts.
  • Certified copy of your Passport and/or National ID Card.
  • Two (2) recently taken 2x2-inch photographs.
  • Certified copy of Name Change Certificate (if any).

Submit Your Application

Applicants should submit to us all required documentation together with a completely filled out application form. The application form can be downloaded and printed out and sent by e-mail, post or fax. You may alternatively apply through our Online Application System. Please make sure that the contact details you provide to us are up-to-date.

Wait for your Acceptance Letter

At this stage, our Office of Admissions shall be reviewing all your provided documentation. If your application is accepted, a letter of acceptance will be issued and mailed to you within two weeks.

Pay your Fees

Applicants will be required to make all necessary payment for student registration either in person at the campus or via bank transfer into the college bank account. Once this is done, we will follow up on the payments. Applicants might be requested to fax or scan and e-mail a copy of the bank transfer slip to the office of admission for confirmation.

Apply for Accommodation

After you have confirmed your acceptance into St Theresa International College, you’ll be able to proceed for completing your accommodation contract. We guarantee accommodation to all freshman students.

After making all the necessary payments, your enrollment into the St Theresa International College shall be complete. We will provide to you all the necessary documentations that you will need to successfully apply for a student visa at the Embassy of Thailand in your country of residence.
