Objectives of the Curriculum

On completion of the program the graduate will :

1. gain a broad business education, which aims to prepare the students for a wide range of careers in hospitality and tourism as well as more general business areas.
2. be able to identify the components of the hospitality and tourism industries.
3. be able to recognize and demonstrate the elements of effective customer service.
4. have an appreciation for financial techniques and operational management related to the hospitality and tourism industries.
5. understand and develop the skills required in the hospitality and tourism industries at national and international level.
