Job Description
:
Responsible for teaching, training, educating students, performing administrative tasks, educational measurement & evaluation, research, academic services/ training to community and any other related responsibilities
Qualifications
1.
A Master’s Degree or higher in Business English or other related fields with the field for a Bachelor’s Degree
2.
Excellent communication skills in English for speaking, listening, writing and reading
3.
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other software programs related to teaching
4.
At least 3 years of teaching experience in the field of Business English or other related fields
Responsible for the human resources development and management related to education; analyze and perform tasks related to the principles and standard human resources system. Jobs include personnel planning, determination and specification for each position, recruitment, appointment, training and personnel development, motivation reinforcement, work ethics & disciplines, resigning, protection, and performing other related tasks
Qualifications
1.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, or Public management or other related fields
2.
Effective communication skills in English for speaking, listening, writing and reading
3.
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other software programs related to own functions
4.
Experiences in human resources management will be a plus
Responsible for creating, updating and managing information resources providing library and research services; cataloguing and classification of books, preparing indexing system, references & bibliographic materials; establishing and implementing library and information policies and procedures
Qualifications

A Master’s Degree or higher in Library Science, or Library and information science, or information Studies, or other related fields
2.
Good communication skills in English for speaking, listening, writing and reading
3.
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other software programs related to own functions
Responsible for analysis of procurement details as a quality standard; drafting contracts & agreements; determining if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary; performing buying duties when necessary; preparing purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.

A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in the field considerable by the College to effectively perform tasks

Knowledge and skills needed for procurement tasks
4.
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other software programs related to own functions
5.
Experiences in procurement in the educational environment will be a plus
Responsible for undertaking standardized office routines, exchanging information, preparing technically more demanding documents by performing full clerical, administrative and general office duties, involving transcription, typing, record & file maintenance, mail distribution. Scope of functions also include but not limited to data analysis, planning & reporting, arranging appointments, meeting; preparing meeting minutes, taking notes and other related duties
