Graduation ceremony 2017 will be held on
Tuesday, 27 March 2018, 8.00-13.00 hr.
at the new auditorium, Saint Mary building

Graduates and eligible graduands whose student ID begin with A12, A13 and A14 must register and attend rehearsal (mock) sessions on Sunday, 25 March 2018 to be able to participate in the Graduation Ceremony 2017.

An effective registration requires a graduate to pay or wire transfer the graduation and other fees in full (6,900 baht). Please contact the graduate registration at to check your registration/payment status.

Requirement to attend Graduation Ceremony

The graduates must attend two rehearsal sessions on Sunday, 25 March 2018 to be able to attend the actual Graduation ceremony on Tuesday, 27 March 2018. The group/faculty photos will also be taken on Sunday, 25 March 2018 during the morning rehearsal.

8:00-8:30 amThe graduates to register at the entrance hall of Admin building
8:30-9:00 amThe graduates to receive the graduate’s gown at St Mary building
9.00-12.00 amRehearsal per faculty/program (practice of movement and progression on the stage to receive the diploma and moving in/out of the seats)
9.30-12.00 amGroup photograph (graduates will be called per faculty to the photo stand)
12:00-1.00 pmLunch break

3.00-4.00 pmFull mock graduation ceremony

Graduation day schedule

7.00-8.00 amGraduates to report and register for the graduation ceremony at the ground floor of Admin building
8.30-9.00 amGraduates will be lined up to enter and take the seats in Saint Mary Building’s auditorium
9.30-10.00 amProgression of the honorary members and faculty in to the auditorium
10.00 am onward

  • Conferment of the Degrees
  • Keynote Address by H.E. Archbishop Paul Tschang In-Nam, the President of Ceremony
  • Pledge by the Graduates
  • Message of Gratitude to H.E. Archbishop Paul Tschang In-Nam, President of Ceremony;
    and also the congratulatory message to the Graduates by the College Council’s Chairman,
    Associate Professor Dr. Sagol Jariyavidyanon
  • Message of Appreciation to Honorable Guests and Parents
    by the College Council’s Vice Chairman,
    Dr. Theresa Virachanee Phromsuntorn
  • College Hymn by the Graduates

  • All scholars must be punctual, so as not to delay any step of the schedule.
  • Absolutely no communication devices are allowed inside the auditorium.
