    Graduation ceremony 2020 will be held on
    Friday, 15 January 2021, 8.00-13.00 hr.
    at the Auditorium, Saint Mary building

    Graduates and eligible graduands whose student ID begin with A14, A15 and A16 must register and attend rehearsal (mock) sessions on Wednesday, 13 January 2021 to be able to participate in the Graduation Ceremony 2020.

    An effective registration requires a graduate to pay or wire transfer the graduation and other fees in full. Please contact the graduate registration at reg@stic.ac.th to check your registration/payment status.

    To register your attendance, please complete the Graduation Registration Form and then send back a scanned copy of the complete form to reg@stic.ac.th .

    For any bank transfers/ATM payments, do send the payment receipt ID number to reg@stic.ac.th .

    Requirement to attend Graduation Ceremony

    The graduates must attend two rehearsal sessions on Wednesday, 13 January 2021 to be able to attend the actual Graduation ceremony on Friday, 15 January 2021. The group/faculty photos will also be taken on Wednesday, 13 January 2021 during the morning rehearsal.

    8:00-8:30 amThe graduates to register at the entrance hall of Administration building
    8:30-9:00 amThe graduates to receive the graduate’s gown at St Mary building
    9.00-12.00 amRehearsal per faculty/program (practice of movement and progression on the stage to receive the diploma and moving in/out of the seats)
    9.30 am -12.00 pmGroup photograph (graduates will be called per faculty to the photo stand)
    12:00-1.00 pmLunch break

    • Report by the College’s President, Dr. Piyada Wattanasan.
    • Conferment of the Degrees
    • Keynote Address by H.E. Archbishop Paul Tschang In-Nam, the President of Ceremony
    • Congratulatory Message to the Graduates by the College Council’s Chairman,
      Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sagol Jariyavidyanont.
    • Pledge by the Graduates
    • Message of Appreciation to Honorable Guests and Parents by the College Council’s Vice Chairman cum Founder Dr. Theresa Virachanee Phromsuntorn
    • College Hymn by the Graduates
    • End of the Ceremony

    Reminder:

    • All scholars must be punctual, so as not to delay any step of the schedule.
    • Absolutely no communication devices are allowed inside the auditorium.
