    It’s another day for Waan’s Homecoming !

    September 6, 2013   |   Phitsanu Thepthong   |   Spotlight News,

First of all, we would like to say “Congratulations” to Khun Waan!

On September 3, STIC President Dr. Piyada Wattanasan had a chance to welcome back some STIC alumni who visited the St Teresa International University to give interviews with the International Quality Assurance Committee.

One of four alumni that day was Ms. Premwadee Mongkolnam ( nicknamed Waan) , who has just landed a new job position as secretary to the Board of Directors for the Head office of Home Pro Center PCL company.

“They accepted me quite quickly but they tested me a lot: my personality, English translation, speaking, and writing skills, and I was interviewed by two members of the board of directors. The whole testing process  took three hours.”

She added that the company is going to opening a brand new branch this October. The office is under construction in the Klong Luang area of Pathumthani, opposite Bangkok University.

“We also plan to expand and develop new business in Malaysia as well, I have will be responsible for working with these two sites,” she added.

Waan added, “I really hope that my abilities could help promote St Teresa International University and foster trust in our college.  I’m really appreciative  that I could help STIC in some ways.”

Previously, Premwadee worked for the Belgian Embassy, Commercial Department (AWEX).  After finishing the contract with the Prince Mission, “I am very grateful that STIC sent me for an internship at the Embassy. It was a good opportunity.”
