    Learn the essentials of digital accounting software

    As a part of competency based learning process, St. Theresa International College offers its accounting students digital accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero and Tally ERP 9 which help the students to gain hand on experiences of digital accounting software and to be ready for the accounting profession.

    Students can learn the ins-and-outs of QuickBooks, Xero and others accounting software and become proficient in tracking and managing business financial data in the applications. The course includes lessons on recording day to day business transactions, managing payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory and invoicing.

    Career Opportunities:
    QuickBooks or Xero are leading digital accounting applications. These accounting software are used by many small and medium businesses to manage day to day business activities, payroll, and inventory and expenses reports. By completing St. Theresa’s Accounting software course, students will demonstrate their mastery of these popular digital accounting applications. The in-demand skills developed in this course will help the students stand out to employers looking for accountants and payroll administrations. Moreover, students will able be to work as a freelance accountant in UPwork freelancing site or as a remote bookkeeper/accountant.

    During the academic year 2020, accounting 4th year students successfully completed the full course QuickBooks online and Tally Erp-9 under the supervision of Aj. Kamrul Hasan.
    Mr. Prachuab Trinikorn, Dean of the faculty of Business administration, Dr. Abdus Salam, Head of accounting program and Aj. Iqbal congratulated the students for their successful competition of the course.
