Quality Standards 2.1 Graduates Quality
Quality Standards Type Outcome
Description
Instructors responsible for the curriculum/program of study or activity organizers should manage the curriculum or organize various activities for learners to gain academic and professional proficiency, and the expected qualifications as specified in the curriculum which are accepted by stakeholders or graduate users. The curriculum/program of study should manage to produce quality graduates who occupy learning outcomes of Thailand qualifications framework for Higher Education, higher education standards. It is also believed that the graduates of the curriculum / program of study can apply knowledge and skills to their job performance suit for the 21st century skills.
Curriculum performance can reflect the quality of the graduates considering from the satisfaction of graduates users with regard to learning outcomes, learner outcomes, and their skills in job performance suitable for the 21st century skills.
Assessment Criteria for Indicator 2.1
Average score for indicator 2.1 is from the average score of 3 sub-indicators: 2.1.1 the satisfaction of graduates users with regard to learning outcomes, 2.1.2 the satisfaction of graduates users with regard to learner outcomes, and 2.1.3 the satisfaction of graduates users with regard to their skills in job performance suitable for the 21st century skills. The average is a score between 0 – 5
2.1.1 Aspect of Learning Outcomes in accordance with the Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education.
Quality Standards Description
The Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education (TQF) has established the preferred characteristics of graduates that are set forth in curricular documents (TQF 2) and which cover at least 5 aspects of learning outcomes as follows. 1)Ethical and moral development 2)Knowledge 3)Cognitive skills 4)Interpersonal skills and responsibility and 5) Analytical and communication skills. This indicator assesses graduate quality from the point of view of graduate users.
Curriculum performance can reflect the quality of the graduates considering from the satisfaction of graduates users with regard to learning outcomes.
Assessment Criteria
The average assessment score of graduates (full score of 5)
Formula for Calculation
Score = Sum of Graduate Assessment Scores
Total Number of Graduates Assessed
Notes:
1) Number of graduates evaluated by graduate users must not be less than 20% of the total number of graduates.
2) Satisfaction evaluation of Self-employed graduates will not be considered.
3) In case of international programs, the 20% will be considered from the total number of Thai students in that program.
4) In case of improved curriculum that still has no graduates, the results of the previous performance will be used.
5) Number of learning domains outcomes used in the assessment are as specified in the curriculum.
2.1.2 3 Aspects of learner outcomes in accordance with the Higher Education Standards (Learner Person, Co-Creator and Active (Global Citizen).

Curriculum performance can reflect the quality of the graduates considering from the satisfaction of graduates users with regard to learner outcomes.

2.1.3 English language and 21st Century working skills competency.
Quality Standards Description
The instructors responsible for the curriculum/program of study must produce graduates to have the ability to work in the 21st century, which covers the ability in 2 areas, namely the ability to use English And working skills in the 21st century or apply advanced knowledge to get empirical results in graduate study level.
Curriculum performance can reflect the quality of the graduates considering from the satisfaction of graduates users with regard to their skills in job performance suitable for the 21st century skills.

The average assessment score of graduates (full score of 5)

2.1.1 Aspect of Learning Outcomes in accordance with the Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education.
Preferred characteristics of graduates are established by the Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education (TQF). This covers at least 5 aspects of learning outcomes and these are:
1)Ethical and moral development
2)Knowledge
3)Cognitive skills
4)Interpersonal skills and responsibility
5) Analytical and communication skills
The said indicators are used to assess the graduate quality from the point of view of graduate users.
The the quality of the graduates tells everyone about Curriculum performance by considering the satisfaction of graduates users with regard to the learning outcomes.
