Description
A basic factor in the successful operation of a program of studies is the qualifications of students who are admitted into the program. Each curriculum has a philosophical concept in designing, and it is essential that student qualifications be set forth that are consistent with the nature of the curriculum. Student selection criteria must be transparent, clear, and in harmony with student qualifications specified in the curriculum. Tools, data, or methods are used to select students who are intellectually, physically, and emotionally ready and determined to learn, and who have adequate time to successfully complete the program of studies within the timeframe specified in the curriculum.
When reporting operations for this indicator, describe processes or show operational results covering at least the following issues:

Assessment criteria
Assessment to determine the quality level consider the overall picture of the operations in 2 areas; student admissions and readiness preparation before study commences which will increase their readiness for studying in curriculum. Assessment level is a score between 0-5 as follows

3.1.1 Student admissions
3.1.1 การรับนักศึกษา
- ระบบการรับนักศึกษาประกอบด้วย:
การวางแผน (1.1) มีการประชุมอาจารย์ที่รับผิดชอบโครงการเพื่อหารือเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการรับนักศึกษาในปีที่แล้ว (1.2)จัดทำแผนการรับสมัครนักศึกษา (1.3)มอบหมายให้ผู้สอนแต่ละคนรับผิดชอบโครงการเกี่ยวกับการรับสมัครนักศึกษา (1.4) ทำแบบทดสอบการสัมภาษณ์โดยอาจารย์ผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการและอนุมัติโดยคณบดี (1.5) เสนอแผนรับสมัครนักศึกษาเพื่อรับการอนุมัติจากคณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์และ ( 1.6) เสนอแผนการรับเข้าศึกษาเพื่อรับการอนุมัติจากวิทยาลัย
- การปฎิบัติ: (2.1) การสมัครประกาศบนเว็บไซต์ของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์
(2.2) ส่งใบสมัครบนเว็บไซต์หรือด้วยตัวเองที่วิทยาลัยโดยผู้สมัคร (2.3) สัมภาษณ์ผู้สมัครทั้งหมดโดยอาจารย์ผู้รับผิดชอบโปรแกรมและอาจารย์บางคนหลังจากการวางแผนการสัมภาษณ์
- นักศึกษา 155 คนได้ร้บการคัดเลือก
ให้เข้าศึกษาในหลักสูตรปีการศึกษา 2564 - การประเมินผลกระบวนการรับนักศึกษา หลักสูตรนี้เป็นหลักสูตรที่มีความต้องการของครูที่ไม่มีใบประกอบวิชาชีพเป็นจำนวนมากกว่าจำนวนที่วิทยาลัยสามารถรับได้ตามจำนวนที่คุรุสภากำหนด คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ได้พิจารณาเพิ่มเกณฑ์การคัดเลือกเพื่อให้ได้นักศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพเหมาะสมกับการเป็นครูตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนด โดยเพิ่มเกณฑ์ในการค้ดเลือกนอกเหนือจากคุณสมบัติทั่วไป ได้แก่ 1)ประสบการณ์การสอน 2) ผลการเรียนระดับปริญญาตรี 3) การพิจารณาบุคลิกภาพความเป็นครู 4) ทักษะการสื่อสาร โดยทักษะการสื่อสารได้เพิ่ม การนำเสนอ Portfolio แสดงประวัติและผลงานรวมถึงพิจารณาทักษะการใช้ความสามารถทางเทคโนโลยี
- ผลการเพิ่มเกณฑ์ดังกล่าวทำให้ได้นักศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพมาก

3.1.2 Readiness Preparation before Study Commences
3.1.2 การเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเรียน
การวางแผน: มีการประชุมอาจารย์ที่รับผิดชอบโปรแกรมเพื่อหารือเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการเตรียมความพร้อมของนักศึกษาจากปีที่แล้ว (1.2) จัดทำแผนเตรียมความพร้อมและปฐมนิเทศนักศึกษาเพื่อลดปัญหา (1.3) มอบหมายผู้สอนแต่ละคนที่รับผิดชอบโครงการเกี่ยวกับการการเตรียมความและปฐมนิเทศนักศึกษา 1.4 จัดทำเอกสารข้อมูลโดยอาจารย์ผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการและอนุมัติโดยคณบดี (1.5) เสนอแผนเตรียมความพร้อมและปฐมนิเทศนักศึกษาเพื่อขออนุมัติจากคณะศึกษาศาสตร์และวิทยาลัย
การดำเนินการ: คณบดี ผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการและอาจารย์ ปฐมนิเทศนักศึกษาตามแผนผลการเตรียมความพร้อมนักศึกษาก่อนเข้าเรียน นักศึกษามีความเข้าใจในวิธีการจัดการเรียนการสอนจำแนกตามรายวิชาในหลักสูตรเป็นอย่างดี โดยการทวนรายวิชาสอบจากกระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ และการเน้นย้ำให้ผู้เรียนจัดทำ E-Portfolio ของตนเองทั้งเป็นผลงานโดยรวม และ ผลงานรายวิชา ทั้งนี้เป็นการนำวิธีการประเมินผลด้วย Portfolio มาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้
