| Quality Standard Description | Assessment Results of Quality Standard 1.1 Defined as “pass” or “not pass”. Documentary Evidence Required in Addition to Documentation for Each Quality Standard 1. Curriculum (program of studies) booklet with acknowledgement stamp from the Office of the Higher Education Commission 2.
