The Faculty of Business Administration’s academic committee monitors students’ learning progress and performance via the MIS with the student’s own Username and Password. Students’ academic advisors are also able to use MIS as an integrated tool to systematically follow their students’ study progression, study load, and outcomes. The advisor can key in and record students’ progression and issues important to students’ learning experience and progression. Each advisor has 10-15 students as his/her advisee.

In some cases, if students need to register less or more credits than designated in the study plan in any particular semester, they need permission from the advisor and approval from the Head of the Program.
The Academic Committee monitors student competency development as indicated in the PLOs together with students’ study load that is consistent with the credits of each course and aligned to the CLOs of the course.
