The BBA- AR program has a good foundation for the student\u2019s study growth. The program committee monitors the student\u2019s progression and dropouts to identify the necessary actions to improve the students and stabilize the students who joined the program. During the academic years of 2019 and 2020, more students dropped out due to financial issues and the aviation field down when the pandemic period was peak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The program committee meeting decided to take the initiative along with the marketing team to improve the student intake. So, one of the lecturers was deputed to coordinate with the marketing team to guide the new students when they visit the college. The program committee conducts the orientation program every year to explain about the opportunities in the aviation field and career guidance to the AR students. So, the dropout is minimized, and the students are focused to join the core industries for their internship and job.<\/p>\n

    The college has a vision to provide graduates to have successful careers and a quality of life. Followed by the college\u2019s vision and mission, the AR major implemented teaching strategies to provide 100 % core employment opportunities. So, the year 4 students\u2019 emphasis to find the core companies for their internship training to get the knowledge to attain the industry standard to get a job in an easy way. This strategy helped students to join the core companies like cargo, airport management, loadmasters in airlines, logistics, and ground operations. Also, the major provides the initiatives of entrepreneurship management skills to encourage the students to do self-employment\/business. Few students shows their interest to do higher studies to improve their aeronautics skills at the next level.<\/p>\n

      3.<\/strong> Research and creative work output and activities carried out by the academic staff and students are established, monitored, and benchmarked for improvement. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

      The lecturers are doing quality research work every year with respect to their area of interest in the AR major. The research is integrated with their teaching subjects to discuss with the students to give more advanced knowledge in their field. The students also gain new normal learning skills from the lecturer\u2019s research work. \u00a0The college research office assesses the lecturer\u2019s research work to guide and give suggestions to complete the research successfully in terms of college standards. The lecturers are assigning integrated project work\/ concern subject project works to improve the student\u2019s learning skills, academic innovation, information, media and literacy skills. The student\u2019s project\/presentation works are evaluated by the subject experts from the major, other department faculty members, and management persons. By this evaluation method, students are improving their confidence level to do the presentation when they undergo the internship and the job. The major head and lecturer conducted the meetings\/ workshops to improve the teaching and learning skills, TQF3 & TQF5, quality measurements of the internship, and knowledge sharing.         4. Data are provided to show directly the achievement of the program outcomes, which are established and monitored. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

        The AR program has an action plan to achieve the program\u2019s learning outcomes with respect to the students learning skills and employability. The program learning outcome is focusing moral and ethics, knowledge, cognitive, interpersonal, numerical literacy and 21st-century skills.<\/p>\n

        The major is following the steps to achieve the PLOs:<\/p>\n

        To improve the student\u2019s moral and ethics, the major has conducted the epaulettes ceremony, a guest lecturer. Also, lecturers emphasize the student\u2019s discipline and punctuality inside the classroom college campus.<\/p>\n

        To enhance the creativity and innovation skills of the students, the projects are assigned to use their subject knowledge in order to improve their creativity which is used in the real-time environment.<\/p>\n

        To improve the student\u2019s cognitive skills, the lecturers assign assignments based on real-time situations, on a case-study basis, and study visits.<\/p>\n

        The students are experienced with the flight computer, simulator, METAR information from online, preparing the PPT and project books by using computers, using the tabs to do their class works, and homework which helped to improve the student\u2019s numerical and information literacy skills.<\/p>\n

        Students performed well during the internship with the help of their skills. So, they easily enter into the core industries\/departments like airport operations, cargo operations, ground operations, loadmaster in airlines, logistics, etc.,<\/p>\n

        Some of the students started their own businesses to become an entrepreneurs. Few have undergone higher studies. Based on the student\u2019s achievements the program learning outcome is obtained a satisfactory level with an overall score of 4 out of 5.<\/p>\n

          The satisfaction of the stakeholders is important to improve the curriculum and the bridge gap between the classroom and industry. To enhance the quality of the department, the AR major collected the stakeholder survey to identify the strength and weaknesses of the classroom teaching learning skills. The other stakeholder\u2019s needs were gathered through multiple methods that were appropriate for each group, such as discussions with current students, interviews with alumni, and interviews with supervisors, they surveyed the employers for their opinions regarding the alumni\u2019s performance, interviewed the academic staff of each course and the evaluation from the current graduates.               The department curriculum is focused to fulfil the higher-order standard of the learning outcome in accordance with the Thai qualification framework and this TQF is constrained based on the 21st-century skill aspects, and it covers the 5 important domains and the 3 Learner outcomes of ONESQA to produce a good and knowledgeable employee to the society. The graduation survey is the tool to access and determine the graduate\u2019s performance and outcome based on education quality in the employment zone.
              Alumni feedback is another tool to access the effectiveness of the curriculum as well as it will also be helping us to update the same in
              response to the current requirements of the industry.
              The Assessment is done based on the five domains through the following methods:
              Ethical and Moral Development:<\/strong> The student\u2019s class attendance and their behavioural aspects such as discipline and punctuality are taken into consideration. Submission of Assignments and projects on time is also taken into account.
