2. Employability, self-employment, and advancement to further studies are established, monitored, and benchmarked for improvement. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

One of the strengths, if not the main strength, of our program is the employability of our  graduates.  <\/p>\n

The indicator states that included are the bachelor degree graduates who completed the regular programs of study and are employed or self-employed with a regular income within 1 year of the date compared to the total number of graduates for that academic year.<\/p>\n

For the year 2021, our  Graduates Employment Rate  is  96.88%<\/strong>=5 Marks<\/p>\n

The calculation below shows that all of the BEd- English  graduates who responded to the survey of the year 2021 were employed or self-employed.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

      The results of the satisfaction  of  employers towards our student performance  show that program expected learning outcomes are achieve. The faculty has conducted  employer’s Satisfaction  of our students performance at work.  The average score of the survey in the three (3) categories is 4.25 or Very High Satisfaction. <\/p>\n

        Academic Service to the community is one of the pillars of our Faculty. For the  academic year 2022, the faculty and its students have conducted several academic service to the community:<\/p>\n
