Along with modern classroom\nfacilities STIC also provides high speed WiFi facilities with which the\nstudents have access to a wealth of information at their fingertips. Information technology\npromotes St Theresa\u2019s commitment to academics and advanced research.\nInformation Technology systems are set and readily available for all students,\nfaculty and staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The STIC supports the online\ndatabases, electronic books, and online journals that are accessible through\nthe STIC website, the library, and both inside- and outside-the-college\nwebsites. With one data reserve room for IT protection from disruption or\ncyberspace assault, which can be controlled through a remote system, the IT\nstaff is in charge of creating the emergency plan for the IT system and IT\nsecurity. The hiring of IT staff specialists results in the payment of\nspecialists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        There are numerous IT systems available for students at the program level:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        For employees and students to get\nthe relevant information, go to the STIC’s main website. Student resources for\nthe student information system are available on the home page and include an\ninternal link to housing, insurance, academic documents, and an external link\nto libraries and databases. Students can receive information about the\npersonnel and the curriculum via this website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        STIC MIS – <\/strong>We have shifted to almost paper-less transactions. Our TQFS,\nAttendance, Grades are processed through our MIS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Google Classroom<\/strong>: All our teaching materials, student assignments and\nactivities are conducted through google class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Moodle .<\/strong> Enables our students to practice test on their pace and\nconvenience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        About 7\u201315 students per teacher in\nthe Bachelor of Business program at STIC are closely monitored using an advisor\u2013advisee\nsystem that uses LINE, Google Chat, and other social media platforms. This\ntechnique allows for the early identification and assistance of students who\nmay have learning challenges or other issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Students, support personnel, and academic staff are all connected through\nsystems to transfer or share knowledge and information.\nFor instance,\nstudents can download and fill out the application form for\ngraduation\nannouncement from the main website before sending it to an adviser, who\ncan then check the graduate’s qualifications by immediately accessing this announcement before signing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        College has well designed computer lab, air-conditioned classrooms with proper light and ventilation all well network with Internet facilities.         1. During the covid time, the college arranged for the\n vaccination of academic staff, support staff and students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

        3. They provide sanitizers in each floor as well as in all\n the buildings inside the campus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

        5. For minor health issues, they provide facilities in the\n student affairs office and Nursing building for the welfare of the\n students.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          1. The college encourages the students and the lecturer to\n wear masks in order to be safe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. They repeatedly inform the students who ride motorbikes\n to wear helmets. They have also put flex boards around the campus to\n remind the students about their safety.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. They provide proper security services and security\n systems inside the college campus. They have placed CCTV cameras\n everywhere and also they have deputed security guards in all the entrance\n and exit points to provide a much safer environment for the students and\n the lecturers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
