First, all students have a chance to anonymously evaluate teaching and learning processes of each course. Second, they can consult with any academic staffs who were course coordinators / course instructors / clinical supervisors. The academic staff could immediately help solve some problems or in turn report the situation to the monthly meeting for solution seeking. Third, the Dean and administrative team regularly meet the students every semester. The students could discuss their unhappiness or dissatisfactions directly to the Dean. Last, students can voice their satisfaction/dissatisfaction by filling out the online survey form annually gathered by the AB program.

Evidence

ID_Evidence

Name_Evidence

8.1-1

Student Support Committee through the MIS

8.2-1

Employment Survey of Graduates

8.2.2

Employment at Bangkok Flight Service after Internship

8.3.1

Budget for Operational Plan 2023 to support the research and creative work output

8.3.2

Provision of Ground and In-flight Services Demonstration to Counselors/Teachers from different provinces.

8.3.3

Provision of Ground and In-flight Services Demonstration to 80 High School students from Malasawan School, Nakhon Nayok

8.3.4

Provision of Airline Business Booklet to teach Primary School students at Christah Songkroh.
