Key performance indicators such as pass rate, dropout rate, and average time to graduation are systematically tracked, evaluated, and benchmarked for ongoing improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Monitoring System<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each student is closely monitored by a dedicated academic advisor who provides personalized guidance and timely interventions to keep them on track. This includes regular meetings, academic counseling, and the development of customized study plans. In addition, every student maintains an <strong>E-portfolio<\/strong>, which is accessible to both their advisor and the Dean of the Faculty. This digital tool allows for real-time monitoring of academic progress and facilitates targeted support when needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Benchmarking<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The program benchmarks student performance data against internal standards and external benchmarks from comparable programs and academic years. This comparative analysis helps identify trends and areas needing attention. Recognizing the dynamic and competitive nature of today\u2019s world. &nbsp;This system ensures our graduates are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and opportunities to thrive in their &nbsp;career outside the university. &nbsp;Through continuous feedback from their employers and benchmarking, we maintain and enhance the quality and relevance of our program, making employability one of its main strengths.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Employability: <\/strong>We have a strong track record of graduates successfully securing employment in their field of study.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>There are  ten (10) during the academic year 2023-\u00a0 2024 . Out of the recent\u00a0 10  graduates,\u00a0 7 or 100%\u00a0 responded to the survey questionnaire.\u00a0<\/strong> \u00a0These seven (7)\u00a0 graduates have reported (100% ) successful employment. This positive outcome underscores the effectiveness of our program in preparing students for the workforce and highlights the alignment of our curriculum with the schools \u00a0needs. The employment status of these graduates serves as a testament to the quality of education and career readiness that our program provides, reflecting the commitment to ensuring our students&#8217; professional success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the academic year 2023- 2024, our Graduates Employment Rate is 100 %=5 Marks<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The calculation below shows that all of the BEd- English graduates who responded to the survey of the year 2024 were employed or self-employed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Calculation:<\/strong><br>1.
