Dr Chaipat Wattanasan, Vice President for Academic Affairs, of St Teresa International University, presided over the Opening Ceremony of the STIC Academic Quiz & Spelling Bee Challenge 2013, which was organized by Ajarn Dario Mando, Director of Student Affairs at STIC Auditorium on November 13, 2013.
