Study Visit Thai Puan 2023

On November 18, our Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, STIC students together with the Business Administration year 1 students visited Thai Puan Village in Pakhli District, Nakhon Nayok Province. The day was all about sharing of rich cultural knowledge and practice that our enthusiastic Thai Puan Village members organized for our students. Our students were able to wear the costumes of native Thai Puan, cook one of their famous desserts, learn something about rice farming and observe some of their religious rituals. Later that day, our students headed to the Thai Puan Museum which showcases more about their culture. They were informed by some of the elders in the community that are very knowledgeable in sharing their life and culture. The whole day was so much fun though the weather was scorching hot.
