For AUN-QA, criteria 1 to 6 are assessed at 7 levels.

Performance

1. The pass rate, dropout rate, and average time to graduate are established, monitored, and benchmarked for improvement.

There is an established system in the program to keep track of students’ performance, drop out and graduate rate. The following table shows the number of students in different academic years including the change in student numbers.

2. Employability, self-employment, and advancement to further studies are established, monitored, and benchmarked for improvement.

The program has a system and mechanism of student employability to benchmark, monitor and further develop the system based on the outcomes. However, there is no graduate from the program yet, therefore the system still not in practice.

3. Research and creative work output and activities carried out by the academic staff and students are established, monitored, and benchmarked for improvement.

The curriculum has a research and innovation plan and a meeting to follow up the research and innovation work of instructors before the start of the academic year to know the research needs and innovations of the faculty . Program instructors are encouraged to conduct cross sectional research and explore external research funds from various sources. The research progress is monitored periodically in order to know the results before the end of the academic year and send the results to the research department of the college. 

As for students, the thesis course is designed to conduct research in the real world business problems. The instructor in seminar course and thesis advisor support students to pass through the different stages of research work.

4. Data are provided to show directly the achievement of the program outcomes, which are established and monitored.

5.  Satisfaction levels of the various stakeholders are established, monitored, and benchmarked for improvement.

The course has a process of collecting opinions of stakeholders through survey process using online system. The curriculum collects opinions from stakeholders in order to improve the teaching and learning process to meet the needs. 

Primarily two major stakeholders are involved in providing opinion towards different aspects, the faculty members and the students. 

The program committee considers all the survey seriously and keep an eye on the scores. Any satisfaction score below 3.51 is raised to the program meeting and immediately addressed to improve the situation.

6. Academic services outcomes / providing local and social benefits are shown.

The program prepares an annual academic service to the community plan to conduct service towards the society. The program committee overseas progress of the actual activity according to the plan and evaluates the effectiveness of the activities by a questionnaire survey. 

The program students, under the supervision of the academic staff conducted a social service towards the local small business. The findings of the activity helped the businesses to improve their process to become more efficient.

7. Arts and culture learning outcomes are shown.

The curriculum sets an annual arts and culture learning plan . Follow-up meetings are held periodically to help suggest ways to achieve arts and cultural learning according to the plan. 

In the academic year 2022, the curriculum has implemented art projects. Art and culture in total 2 projects: 1 ) International cultural exchange program 2) Thai cultural heritage project (Songkran Day).
