7.8 | Facility service competences | The competences of the support staff rendering services related to facilities are shown to be identified and evaluated to ensure that their skills remain relevant to stakeholder needs. |
7.9 | Facility quality enhancement | The quality of the facilities are shown to be subjected to evaluation and enhancement. |
Diagnostic questions
- Are there sufficient lecture-halls, seminar rooms, laboratories, reading rooms, and computer rooms?
