หลักสูตรฯวางแผนการดำเนินการเพื่อให้นักศึกษามีความพร้อมทางการเรียน มีอัตราการคงอยู่และสำเร็จการศึกษาตามหลักสูตรสูง รวมทั้งมีความพึงพอใจต่อหลักสูตร ดังนี้
- ติดตามการรายงานตัวเข้าศึกษา การลงทะเบียน การเข้าชั้นเรียนของนักศึกษาตลอดปีการศึกษาอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- จัดอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาทางวิชาการเพื่อให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับการเรียน การบริหารเวลาในการเรียนแก่นักศึกษาเป็นรายบุคคลตลอดหลักสูตร
- จัดทำแผนสนับสนุนส่งเสริมการทำวิทยานิพนธ์ของนักศึกษาตามกระบวนการขั้นตอนการทำวิทยานิพนธ์
- จัดอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์และกำกับติดตามการทำวิทยานิพนธ์ของนักศึกษาตามแผนที่วางไว้
- เปิดช่องทางการสื่อสารระหว่างนักศึกษากับหลักสูตรอย่างหลากหลาย เช่น กลุ่มไลน์เฟซบุ๊ค อีเมล์โทรศัพท์ฯลฯ
- จัดประชุมกลุ่มนักศึกษา อาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร อาจารย์ผู้สอน ที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์เพื่อรับฟังความคิดเห็น แก้ปัญหา ให้ข้อเสนอแนะและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับการเรียน การทำวิทยานิพนธ์และการบริหารหลักสูตรเป็นระยะ ๆ

ในภาคการเศึกษา 2566 มีอัตราการคงอยู่ คิดเป็น ุุ66.67 ปี 2566 อัตราการคงอยู่ 100 เปอร์เซนต์ ผลการเรียนผ่านทุกคน การเปรียบเทียบอัตราการคงอยู่ การออกกลางคัน มีแนวโน้มดีขึ้น ความก้าวหน้าในการทำวิทยานิพนธ์มีแนวโน้มในทางที่ดีขึ้น ปีการศึกษา 2566 ยังไม่มีผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา

หลักสูตรฯวางแผนระบบกำกับติดตามและเทียบเคียงสมรรถนะ เพื่อปรับปรุงเกี่ยวกับ อัตราการได้งานทำการเป็นผู้ประกอบการอิสระ และการศึกษาต่อของผู้เรียน ดังนี้
- มีการติดตามสัมฤทธิผลของการประกอบอาชีพของดุษฎีบัณฑิตอย่างต่อเนื่องและนำผลที่ได้ย้อนกลับมาปรับปรุงกระบวนการการเรียนการสอน และหลักสูตรแบบครบวงจร รวมทั้งการประเมินคุณภาพของหลักสูตรและหน่วยงานโดยองค์การระดับสากล โดยการติดตามผลดุษฎีบัณฑิตดำเนินการโดยคณะกรรมการประจำหลักสูตร
- ติดตามบัณฑิตด้านภาวะการมีงานทำหรือการเปลี่ยนแปลงตำแหน่งหน้าที่การงาน โดยประเมินจากบัณฑิตแต่ละรุ่นที่จบการศึกษา ในด้านของระยะเวลาในการหางานทำความรู้ความสามารถ และความมั่นใจของบัณฑิตในการประกอบการงานอาชีพ
ปีการศึกษา 2566 ยังไม่มีผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา

หลักสูตรฯวางแผนระบบการกำกับติดตามและเทียบเคียงสมรรถนะ เพื่อปรับปรุง เกี่ยวกับการวิจัยและการสร้างสรรนวัตกรรมของบุคลากรและผู้เรียน คือมีการติดตามสัมฤทธิผลของการประกอบอาชีพของดุษฎีบัณฑิตอย่างต่อเนื่องและนำผลที่ได้ย้อนกลับมาปรับปรุงกระบวนการการเรียนการสอน และหลักสูตรแบบครบวงจร รวมทั้งการประเมินคุณภาพของหลักสูตรและหน่วยงานโดยองค์การระดับสากล โดยการติดตามผลดุษฎีบัณฑิตดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับผลงานของนักศึกษาที่วัดเป็นรูปธรรมได้เช่น จำนวนงานวิจัยที่เผยแพร่จำนวนรางวัลทางสังคมและวิชาชีพ จำนวนกิจกรรมการกุศลเพื่อสังคมและประเทศชาติจำนวนกิจกรรมอาสาสมัครในองค์การที่ทำประโยชน์ต่อสังคม เป็นต้น
เนื่องจากในปีการศึกษา 2566 ยังไม่มีผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา หลักสูตรได้วางแผนติดตามความก้าวหน้าของการทำวิทยานิพนธ์เพื่อให้นักศึกษาสำเร็จการศึกษาในเวลากำหนดโดยได้ให้นักศึกษาส่ง Concept paper ในClassroom และมีการประชุมอาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร และนักศึกษาเพื่อพิจารณาหัวข้อ และจัดอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา ในภาคเรียนที่2 ของการเรียน คือ ภาคเรียนที่1-2566 นักศึกษาได้เรียนวิชา 143 302 Individual Study เพื่อพัฒนาวิทยานิพนธ์ร่วมกับอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา
สำหรับอาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร มีการพัฒนาผลงานทางวิชาการ ผลงานวิจัยเผยแพร่อย่างต่อเนื่อง อย่างน้อยต้องมีผลงานวิจัยภายในระยะ 5 ปีต้องมีอย่างน้อย 3 เรื่อง ซึงจากผลการดำเนินงานที่ผ่านมา อาจารย์มีผลงานต่อเนื่อง

- กาารสอบ QE At the end of the 3rd semester of the Ph.D. – program, each student must be tested for Comprehensive Knowledge named “Qualifying Examination”The Testing Paper is composed of 4 Areas of Knowledge
- 01. Area of EA-Science(In General)
- 02. Appling knowledge for managing a School /acting as a School Director
- 03. Academic Affairs Management
- 04. Research Methodology in EA
After you get “S-Satisfied” with the QE-Exam; you are a Ph.D.-Candidate who qualifies to propose a research project to be a Doctoral Dissertation
Please prepare yourself; work hard and read a lot of books or papers to be Ready to QE-Exam.

- ประเมินความพึงพอใจของบัณฑิตต่อความรู้ความสามารถที่ได้เรียนรู้จากหลักสูตรที่สามารถนำไปใช้ในการประกอบอาชีพหรือการศึกษาต่อ พร้อมกับเปิดโอกาสให้มีการเสนอข้อคิดเห็นในการปรับปรุงหลักสูตรให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น
