There shall be three types of Quality Assurance self-assessment reports (SAR), one for each academic program, another for each Faculty or School offering the programs, and the last one is for the higher education institution itself.

Each type of the assessment reports will provide explanation about the accomplishment and link to respective evidences. There are two sets of established standards or criteria that SAR must follow. They are:
