ผลการดำเนินการ

1. มีระบบกำกับติดตามและเทียบเคียงสมรรถนะ เพื่อปรับปรุงเกี่ยวกับ อัตราการสำเร็จการศึกษา การออกกลางคัน และระยะเวลาเฉลี่ยในการสำเร็จการศึกษา

***** มีระบบอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา เพื่อช่วยแก้ปัญหาด้านการศึกษา ติดตามผลการศึกษา เพื่อให้สามารถสำเร็จการศึกษาได้ตามเวลาที่หลักสูตรกำหนด

The program with its pool of advisors closely monitors every student as part of the faculty’s ‘ No Ed Student left behind” to ensure that all students graduate within the target year. The below shows the number of Final year students and the total number of graduates.

One of the strengths, if not the main strength, of our program is the employability of our  graduates.  

The indicator states that included are the bachelor degree graduates who completed the regular programs of study and are employed or self-employed with a regular income within 1 year of the date compared to the total number of graduates for that academic year.

For the year 2021, our  Graduates Employment Rate  is  96.88%=5 Marks

The calculation below shows that all of the BEd- English  graduates who responded to the survey of the year 2021 were employed or self-employed.

 Calculation:

  1. (Number of Bachelor Graduates who are employed or self-employed within 1 year*100 )/ Total number of Graduate Survey Respondents Total no. Graduates = 34                                                                                   No. of Graduates who responded  = 32                                                          Graduates Employed & Self-employed= 31 

                        31×100/32  = 96.88%

  1. Percentage of Bachelor Graduates who are employed or self-employed within 1 year*5/100                 

                        = ( 96.88*5)/100= 5

he program encourages students to be independent learners.  The teacher and student are encourage to  utilize knowledge, ability and experience according to field of responsibility are to produce  creative works .   The instructor and students of the program have several academic outputs which were showcase during our Academic Expo 2022.

The results of the satisfaction  of  employers towards our student performance  show that program expected learning outcomes are achieve. The faculty has conducted  employer’s Satisfaction  of our students performance at work.  The average score of the survey in the three (3) categories is 4.25 or Very High Satisfaction.

The faculty has conducted  employer’s Satisfaction  of our students performance at work.  The average score of the survey in the three (3) categories is 4.25 or Very High Satisfaction

  1. The Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education (TQF) has established the preferred characteristics of graduates that are set forth in curricular documents (TQF) 2 and which cover at least 6 aspects of learning outcomes as follows: 1)Ethical and moral development; 2) Knowledge; 3) Cognitive Skills; 4) Interpersonal skills and responsibility; 5) Analytical and communication skills and  6) Learning Management Skill .During the students  stay in our college, all activities are designed to meet these competencies. Academic Service to the community is one of the pillars of our Faculty. For the  academic year 2022, the faculty and its students have conducted several academic service to the community:

  1. English & Math Camp – A Community Service  rendered by the Faculty of Education for the Students of  Wat Pichittayaram School on February 7, 2023
  2. English is Fun: English Activity for High School Students conducted at Joseph Maria Building in January 20, 2023 
  3. Friends to Friends: A Collaborative Way of Learning Skills conducted for the students of Debsirinklongsibsam School on

 

7. มีผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ด้านศิลปะและวัฒนธรรม

Arts & Culture Preservation is one the missions of the faculty . Our learning management integrates Arts & Culture Preservation activities to ensure that  Arts and Culture Learning outcomes are achieved. Below a re the courses that integrated arts & culture into the teaching & learning:

  1. Self- Actualization for Teachers- Wai Khru Ceremony 
  2. English Language Teaching 2   – International Day
  3.  Psychology for Teachers – Teacher’s Day Celebration
  4. Learning English through Drama- Songkran Festival 

Moreover, the program  also brings the student outside  for community integration to develop their understand and appreciation of Arts & Culture.  It’s either we invite representative of the community to join us in the celebration and observance  of some cultural activities  or we bring students to participate to the community.
