For AUN-QA, criteria 1 to 9 are assessed at 7 levels.
Performance
1. The physical resources and facilities are sufficient.
The Faculty learning support system aims to have sufficient and appropriate learning resources for all Programs of the Faculty. The Bachelor of Education in English has system in mechanism for learning support to ensure student’s learning is well supported with modern teaching media.
The BEd Program has English has a modern teaching faculties:
- Teaching Lab which is equipped with modern Educational Media such Smart Board, Videos, etc.
- Curriculum Lab which is equipped with books and other learning resources.
- We also have computer room enough for the numbers of the
- Moodle Online System : STIC’s Learning Portal wherein teachers can upload their lectures, quizzes, etc. The students can check different available resources, take examination , and interact with the lecturers.
-The program instructors check all learning resources (Tests. Journals, teaching media both hardware and software) and makes sure that there will be sufficient for use. If the amount is not enough to meet the needs, the program instructors make a request to the faculty and the college. The improvement of the learning support is the result of the needs
2. The up-to-date laboratories and equipment are readily available and effectively deployed.
Today’s generation of students have been born into the dynamic digital era where demand increases for access to crucial resources . We have state- of -the -Art laboratory equipment which are readily available for use by our students, faculty of staff.
Science Laboratory
Our science laboratories are well equipped with the latest technologies and have been fully stocked with all the essential chemical compounds needed to facilitate the scientific curiosities of our bright students.
During the first year of their course, undergraduate students shall be trained to utilize laboratory apparatuses where they will also be exposed to the advanced topics in science. Labs offer students the chance in applying the hands-on practical aspects of science that are required for conducting legitimate and credible experimentations.
Language Laboratory
Our main mission is to help students gain proficiency in numerous languages, particularly the English Language.
Our English language training courses are hosted in our state-of-the-art language laboratories which are designed to help make English easier to learn via active student participation that are facilitated by a personalized process of teaching and learning
Computer Laboratory
We have equipped our computer laboratories with high-performance computer systems that are integrated with high-speed data networks, ensuring that students can acquire and process information efficiently and effectively. Beyond the computer laboratories, several computer workstations can also be found in our main library.
Apple iMac Laboratory
Apple Mac Computer Lab is the central hub of where all student film projects are pieced together and chiseled to form cinematic masterpieces.
All iMac units have the following software packages pre-installed:
- Adobe Creative Cloud suite
- DaVinci Resolve
- GarageBand
- Final Cut Pro
- Audacity
3. A digital library is set-up, up in keeping with progress in information and communication technology.
Online University Library System (ULib)
We believe that the library is the key to academic success. It plays a vital role in linking students to critical information; not only do students need to consume information, but to also produce unique and independent works and contribute to the academic community. Our collection comprises of both English & Thai publications and has been carefully selected to meet the requirements of all our degree programs.

With our online University Library system (ULib), students can quickly and conveniently search amongst our vast collection of electronic publications, using either their computer or smart phone

4. The information technology systems are set up to meet the needs of staff and students.
The digital era has brought about a revolution in the way we share and acquire information. Information technology promotes St Theresa’s commitment to academics and advanced research. Information Technology systems are set and readily available for all students, faculty and staff.
- STIC MIS – We have shifted to almost paper-less transactions. Our TQFS, Attendance, Grades are processed through our MIS.
- Google Classroom: All our teaching materials, student assignments and activities are conducted through google class.
- Moodle . Enables our students to practice test on their pace and convenience.
5. The university provides a highly accessible computer and network to the campus community.
At St Theresa International College, we have equipped our computer laboratories with high-performance computer systems that are integrated with high-speed data networks, ensuring that students can acquire and process information efficiently and effectively. Beyond the computer laboratories, several computer workstations can also be found in our main library; therefore we find it increasingly important that our students have a firm grasp on the advanced concepts of computing.Lab computer platforms include Windows and Unix (Linux). Essential specialist software packages, such as Amadeus for our Airline Business students and SPSS for our Mathematics students, have been installed in all lab computers and are always kept up-to-date
6. The environmental, health and safety standards are defined and implemented.
The peaceful surrounding campus greenery ensures that our college has the perfect environment for you to study.
The college’s has strict environmental, health and safety standards guidelines.
Has posted different heath and safety signages around the college.
- Environment – Trash bins are all over the college. Signage and posters on environmental preservation and protection are all around the college
- Health Standard- The college has released strict health protocols to follow, especially we still not 100% free from covid. Example of this protocols include: Wearing of mask in the classroom and during gathering
- Safety standards= when you go around the college, you’ll see different streamers related to smoking , driving , wearing of helmets and other safety precautions.
7. The university provides a physical, social, and psychological environment that is conducive to education, research, and personal well-being.
Living on-campus in St Theresa International College is a wonderful experience on its own. The College is strategically situated in a peaceful environment that is conducive to learning and personal well-being of the students. Our cutting-edge facility that includes new instructional spaces, research labs and offices, study areas and common areas for student, faculty and community interaction and events contribute to our students holistic development.
8. The competencies of the support staff rendering services related to facilities are identified to ensure efficient services.
All our supporting staff working on our facilities are qualified and competent in the field.

2. Process of making improvement per student and faculty member satisfaction assessment results for facilities, equipment and services to Support Learning
The results of satisfaction surveys on learning supports from students is 3.15 out of 5. The summary of the suggestion of the comments of both students and lecturers showed that they want a bigger room for the 21st century classroom.
The program instructors reported the results of satisfaction surveys on learning supports to the dean for further management to make better quality in learning for students
10. Learning resources are aligned to digital social context.

Unit cost is a crucial cost measure in the operational analysis the program to sustain its running. The faculty has identified and analysed the program unit costs not only to determine the cost but also to ensure prompt delivery of services.
