St Teresa International University (TRSU) ( formerly known,as St. Theresa International College) is an international school of higher education in Nakhon Nayok, Thailand, established in 2001. As young as it is, it continues to improve.  It serves students from all over Thailand who want to learn in the English program and students from different countries.  St Theresa International University envisions itself as a leading university that is acknowledged and accepted nationally and internationally.  The Faculty of Education was established in 2014, however, the Master of Education in Learning Management Science was established in 2020 and revised in the same year. The program considered external situations in the planning of the curriculum, namely the 20th National Strategy ( Strategy (2017–2036 )the sustainable development goals: 1) security strategy, 2) strategy for building competitiveness, 3) development of  human capacity building, 4) opportunity ; for equality and social equality; and 5) strategies for building growth based on the quality of life that is friendly to the environment.  6) strategies for balancing and developing the public administration system. The key issues in bringing the plan into action related to education management are manpower preparation by strengthening the potential of the Thai population of all ages, focusing on raising the quality of human capital appropriate to their age, and developing quality skills needed by the growing labor market in the 21st century, which includes quality education to achieve economic development. In the development of the curriculum, it also took into account cultural and situational developments, wherein it focused on developing knowledge, skills, and abilities suitable for every age group.  In this regard, educational institutions should develop the curriculum design and learning management necessary to produce teachers and educational personnel with the knowledge and abilities of curriculum design and learning management that can develop learners in a rapidly changing social context with many lifestyle risks. In the context of trends in curriculum and teaching development, it has emphasized the development of knowledge, skills, ethics, and personal character.  So the PLOs were formulated in these four groupings. While generic PLOs are in line with graduate study programs formulated by the university, specific program learning outcomes ( PLOs)  emphasize the learning outcomes set by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research, and Innovation, namely: knowledge, skills, ethics, and personal character.  These specific PLOs were derived based on the collaborating institutes and the alumni, who gave feedback on our past and current performance, especially on the Master of Education Program. The latest program specification was modified from the previous version to comply with the regulation of the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, which requires 5-yearly revision and the requirements of the Teacher’s Council of  Thailand It has also undergone review by the aforementioned stakeholders and external experts.

The Master in Education in Learning Management Science program was established in 2020. The program has been approved by the Office of Higher Education Commission (OHEC), Ministry of Thailand Education (Now changed to be Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation) . It is under the auspices of the Faculty of Education. The curriculum was approved in 2020, and in the same year, a revision was made and implemented to meet the demands of stakeholders. It is aimed at developing future leaders in the fields of academics, policy, research, and management, where they will gain stronger expertise in teaching with in-depth knowledge in curriculum development and learning management. Being a part of the program will give the student a chance to research, develop new knowledge, and apply new skills to the overall teaching profession.
